Interior Design and Decorating

The Interior Design and Decorating service works in conjunction with each of the phases of your project to help compliment and streamline the process.

#1 - Schematic Design Phase: Consideration to the room uses, furniture, furniture layouts, and general interior objectives are reviewed and recommendations made.

#2 - Design Development Phase: Choices will be presented in regards to preliminary materials selections, preparing preliminary lighting layouts, designing any construction changes, etc. This information will be useful for the architect as he is developing the design.

# 3 - Construction Phase:

Finalizing all the interior material selections, designs, etc. creating a material, specification, and colours board for the builder, to help enable accurate costing and ordering.

Interior Design Elements are fixed or built in items as outlined below: 

Wall and floor finishes; Paint selections; Moldings; Millwork items such as wall units, Fireplace surrounds, Built-ins; Plumbing fixtures; Lighting fixtures; Kitchen cabinets and Countertops.

Interior Decoration Elements are soft or loose items as follows:

Accessories such as artwork, Lamps, and rugs; Window treatments; Furniture; Furniture placement; Linens; and assorted decorative accessories.
